WEBOct 1, 2021 · Turn Barbie upside down and stick her head into the water for ten minutes or so. This should warm up the plastic enough so that you can extract the earrings. I usually cut off the barbs with scissors and file the edges down with a nail file so that I can remove them and swap them between dolls more easily. They are not meant to come out.

I'm not overly keen on fantasy-haired dolls and wild clothing, but the odd one will sing out to me and I'll do some changes to the makeup, rebody them, and give them a restyle. WEBSep 11, 2021 · I don't normally buy dolls new, but I really liked this Barbie Extra doll. She's the Barbie Extra Doll & Mix & Match Accessories for 30+ Looks doll. I'm actually pretty disappointed with the hair. It feels really cheap and plastic-y, compared to the fashionistas which have soft and silky hair.
