WEBPosted December 13, 2019. Look for the Aeroworx stuff, which I believe you can find in the AVSIM library. Its landclass is much better than SceneryTech's, although it only covers about the lower third of the continent. It also includes a lot of vector scenery but you can just use the landclass if you wish.
Another Great Global Texture Replacement for FS9 - AVSIM
WEBApr 5, 2015 · I changed the clouds back to REX for better perf, but I kept the sky and water. They look great. After installation, AFS replaced the default detail1.bmp with a higher res one, but I placed the default one back in. Not sure how AFS did it, but the textures look so much sharper. This is a significant improvement over GEP.

WEBAug 31, 2024 · Much better. The grainy look in the distance is gone with the Pimax and it's even better depending on the video card you have. It's a nice improvement making the display look more like your monitor and the field of view isn't limited. The whole view is an adjustable sweet spot. I just can't get the eye tracking to work correctly.

WEBPosted November 14, 2016. all these addons like EVO, Natural-World, ORBX for FS9 and so on improve nicely environment in vegetated areas. Unfortunately they amplify vegetation where it should be: at deserts like Sahara or just Nevada. Now I'm using "FS2004 wood & desert" of Marcel Aerni and desert areas are more accurate.
