Pace box, both occurences on Eurobird (i.e. the "old" ITV1 HD). It also happened around 22:20 on Saturday night during Bond, and also during some SD programmes over the past few weeks.

There are regional version of ITV HD now broadcasting on sat channel 103. This could be a problem that the firmware on the dat receiver hasn't been changed to reflect the new channel ordering.
