Vem Miller, the man arrested with two firearms outside former President Trump's Coachella rally, says his life has been turned upside down.

A Las Vegas man who was arrested over the weekend with guns at a security checkpoint outside a Donald Trump rally in California is suing the sheriff and his department for defamation.

Suspect Vem Miller says the sheriff intentionally lied to boost his reputation after he told reporters they “probably” stopped a third assassination attempt on Trump.
