LONDON (AP) — The former captain of Fulham's women's team, Ronnie Gibbons, says she was sexually assaulted on two occasions by the late Mohamed Al Fayed when he owned the club.

Yet twice she found herself trapped in a room above the luxury Harrods department store in Knightsbridge, central London, as the club’s billionaire owner, Mohamed Al Fayed, tried to “forcefully” kiss her, made her sit on his knee while he stroked her, then groped her when she tried to get out.

LONDON (AP) — Police in London said Friday that 40 more women have made allegations of rape or sexual assault against the late Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed since the BBC broadcast claims by several former employees of the London department store last month.

Five women have told the BBC they were raped by Al Fayed, who died last year aged 94, and several others allege acts of assault and physical violence. Lawyers for the alleged victims say they have been retained by 37 women and the list is growing.
