T-Mobile is now offering a $5/month per device wireless plan for connected smartwatches, laptops, and tablets.

T-Mobile offers $5 lines for connected devices, starting on October 17. The promotion applies to Go5G Next and Go5G Business Next plans. Competitors like Verizon and AT&T charge more for similar services.

For tablets and watches, you will need to buy them directly from T-Mobile to get the savings, and then stay with the carrier for 24 months. For laptops, the carrier will allow you to purchase a "T-Mobile Certified Windows Laptop" from any retailer and then, after you add it to your plan, fill out a form for a rebate within 30 days.

T-Mobile is expanding the benefits offered to those on their most expensive unlimited 5G plan. And by expanding, I mean that they are offering up a discounted price if you have a tablet or smartwatch or laptop you’d like to give cellular connectivity to.
