Meteorologists say Storm Ashley, the first named storm of the season, will see a rapid drop of pressure as it moves in from the Atlantic on Saturday night - a phenomenon called a "weather bomb". BBC Scotland's Gillian Smart has the weather forecast.

The south of Cornwall is expected to see the heaviest rainfall, with up to 32mm an hour forecast for areas near Looe and St Austell at around 6am, while up to 16mm an hour is predicted to hit Falmouth, Truro, and St Ives throughout the morning.
