There were upsets and more upsets in Week 6 of the college football season and it required major changes to this week's bowl projections.

In the new, expanded 12-team playoff, the five highest-ranked conference champions will make the field along with the next seven highest-ranked teams. The four highest-ranked conference champions will be awarded first-round byes, with the other eight teams meeting at the campus sites of the Nos. 5-8 seeds.

The automatic qualifiers from last week's bowl projections remain the same as none of those team's have lost ... yet; Miami is currently projected as the ACC champion and the No. 3 seed. The at-large berths have changed a bit,
